Wow. I just got done with a game of Hornets (me) vs. Timberwolves, 105-103 OT. The reason I'm posting is because throughout the entire game KG would take medium shots, cassell took jumpers as well and so did everyone (except the center). The weird thing is I've had problems with too many inside shots with other teams, but for some reason with the Timberwolves it was perfectly fine. Anyone else?

Re: So, the CPU only shoots inside?...
Certain teams will play styles that other teams do not. Some teams will set up shots for the outside and some teams like to go inside. It just depends on which team your playing against. If you play on all star there is more ball movement by the cpu but when you play on superstar or hall of fame the cpu will be more agrressive to go to the basket. -

I agree with everyone on this, but it seems a lot of people wants every team to shoot from the outside for some reason. I think people forget that the real NBA usually is an inside game for the exception of teams like the Kings,Wolves,Bucks,Seattle and Mavs. When I play them, they rarely go inside they average between 10-18 3pt shot a game. Play Sac and I guranteed you Peja will lit you up behind the arc everytime and I always double team him.Originally posted by ZephyrSongThats because the TWOLVES are a Jump Shooting team, observe their games...

In my opinion the game does a really good job of representing each teams play as close to the NBA as possible. I guess people are just tired of seeing the inside games b/c thats all we see but its a true reality unless it European basketball which is the opposite.Last edited by noize; 10-05-2004, 08:25 AM.Comment

or you can adjust the computers offensive court vision by turning the slider all the way up (to the right). You will then have the computer taking jump shots all over place. I could not get the computer to take many outside shots or threes untill I did that, they now get open for j's but also pump fake me out of my shoes when I least expect them to.Comment

Oh, man those pump fakes always get me.Originally posted by BIGBIZZLEbut also pump fake me out of my shoes when I least expect them to.
I don't know how many times I've jumped up and down trying to defend a three point shot only to see the shooter take it after three consecutive fakes and swishing it in my face..."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
