Where to go for Support?

I also saw the same issue just minutes back. Spent 5000 credits on MVP Wilt and auction house did not give me an option to get my credits back after unsuccessful bid.

The only reason I came on here to ask is because I put a ticket in over 3 weeks regarding a missing card from my deck and I've heard nothing back about that. So I'm a little skeptical that I'll get my credits back which I'm quite upset about.

All good now. Had my credits reimbursed and some. My appreciated. And I should have myself a Leg Pippen pro just in time for the new rttc.

First sorry for my english.The game has bug with greats pros in seasons.Greats pros out of position always lose from po pros.How did this great pro have 1000-1600 better statistic?I sell all my po pros and my po drafts for greats and i lose from every worst lineup because i used greats out of position.I pay 14000 for nothing(i have buy 14 greats) its unfair.

It has now been 48 days since I did it via the in game app. No response. It kind of doesn't matter now because it's a worthless card. I could have gotten 3,500 credits out of it when it poofed ... but not now.

Maybe they are hoping that you buy those 3.500 Credits with your credit card. This is more useful to them, than offering a good support
