How To Install Scoreboards?

Hi,
I have NBA 2k13 on Pc. Im new to modding and was wondering how to install the scoreboard mods. I got one for ESPN scoreboard and I installed everything and it only changed stuff on menus so instead of 2k Sports it said ESPN. Then when i boot up a game the scoreboard was still default. I have the Steam Version if that changes anything.

Download the Leftos keep my mod tool

From here you either:

1. Install JSGME
   
2. Install the scoreboard files into /NBA 2k13/Mods/[your folder name]
   
3. Open JSGME and activate scoreboard
   
4. Open keep my mod and select mods to keep, the scoreboard being newscorebug.iff
   
5. Play
   
6. Force Keep My mods(right before you enter a game, and before you exit the game, restore online data backup

OR

1. Install Scoreboard files straight into NBA 2k13 folder (backup old files if you want)
   
2. Do steps 4,5,6
