Difficulty Setting

When I try to set difficulty in dynasty I can't set both home and away to the same setting. If one is changed, the other reverts to pro.

Anyone know how to make them the same setting?

It's the same way in the main screen. If one difficulty is changed the other reverts to Pro. So far I can't see a way to get home and away team to the same level.
