Create A Player Limit, Free Agent Size?

I did a search on this topic but could not find the answer, Is there a create a player limit on the xbox? Also how big is the free agent list do they have alot of players to choose from that have been picked up by teams since the roster cut off date. I know Inside Drive was very good about this aspect of there game last year, I was just wondering how live handle this in 2004?


Off the subject, I used to be a huge live/ea fan, I started with Lakers vs. Celtics all the way till 2000 but left the series when it slipped. Since then been searching for a fun simulation of basketball. I had alot of fun with Inside Drive last year but it still wasnt what I was totally looking for. I hoping Live 2004 might bring me back to EA. Thanks for your replies.

The Live 2004 Manual says 25 players is the limit, which is a little disappointing compared to past years. Also, you cannot take an existing free agent and change its name (you can change other attributes) to convert it to another player, so you really can only add 25 players in the game. If you could at least do that you could work with the 25-player limit.

That said, I was able to create opening day rosters (except for some guys on the Injured List) by only creating 15 players.
