I've scanned but it's just been loading forever and I can't see the scan. What am I doing wrong?

I did the face scan on the phone app and then I downloaded the demo. Now how do I get my face to show up in the demo? I went to the one and it's saying game face hd but when I click it, nothing happens. It just says download the app?

I'm having the same problem.
I thought it was because the EA account I signed in to wasn't the same as my PS account. So I changed the PS account to same email as EA, but nothing changed. But when I uninstalled the account from my phone, I got a notification on the demo saying I disconnected from the companion app

I cannot get my body color to match my face. I've gone all the way down to 10 on the app and it only changes my face color.



Does anyone know what I did wrong or what I need to do to fix it? Are there two color options and I just missed it?

Anyone having trouble with your face being distorted in-game?

I have no trouble completing a scan and the final render in the app always looks fine, but when I load it up in-game it's got my eyes mushed together super close making the whole face look off. It's never the same either...it ranges from crazy close (like the tiny gap of my nose bridge the only thing separating them) to just less dramatic, but still too close in general.

The two scans I got without that happening had one eye popped out of the lid part way and the other I apparently did something with my lips in one since it looked like I was blowing a kiss...lol

Any tips (android app, if that makes a difference)?
