I thought it would be cool to start a thread to brag about any freshman you may have that you are excited about developing throughout the years in your dynasty.
I have a couple of freshman who have contributed well this season.....
Chris Edwards - 6'1" SG 76 OVR. He came on strong the 2nd half of the season. He plays good D and can hit the 3 pretty good. He has made a couple of big 3's late in some games and this kid can fly down the court. He is a nice spark off the bench. He see's regular playing time now and he is good for atleast 7-8 points off the bench. His season high was 23 points in a win over Campbell. He scored 13 points in the 1st half against Mercer in the 1st round of the Atlantic Sun tourney. Really excited to see this kid develop and wouldn't be suprised at all to see him starting some time next year.
Tevin Galvin - 6' 4" SG 71 OVR. I thought he was the better player between the 2 in the first half of the season. As a matter of fact, he was the only freshman I played the first 6 games. His season high was 22 in a loss @ Georgia Tech. So he has shown flashes. But he hasn't done much in the second half. I don't know what happened? During the first 6 games, he was hitting 3's and getting alot of key steals for us. Now he is missing more than hitting and he is ALWAYS out of position defensively. I can't play zone when this kid is out there because he will give up an open 3 on his side. He looks totally lost out there now. He will hit a 3 here and there, but I am afraid to shoot with him now because he is ice cold and he will shoot us out of some games with bad shots. He still has a way to go before he gets more PT.
Do any of you have any Diaper Dandies that you are excited about?
