Its not that no one has seen your many posts wanting people to email rosters, its just that most people on here contribute to this site either with money or by creating and sharing their work. If you just join and then constantly post messages for people to send you things without taking the time to search the threads and download them yourself, then how will you ever contribute to this community?

Off the top of my head, I'd give him 99 arm strength, 75 accuracy, 88 awareness, 69 speed, 69 acc, lower elusive and trucking ratings.
