Dj2360, Great read and sounds like you are getting a wide variety of game results. What sliders are you using?

Yes Heisman... I have house rules for recruiting, which are actually on my original post about this Penn State Dynasty (see page 882)... But in game rules basically fall in line with any sim league... No switching into DB's or Corners, etc...

But I've always been a rush first player honestly. Grinding out 200+ became regular for this dude... It was the 300+ games that were intriguing... So thats how haha

Thats crazy though, awesome that you won the NAT CHAMP bruh... happy for you guys at Clem, but A&M haha, should be a tough one
Yea the replayability of the PS2 generation games can't be overstated

How many yards did your backups get? And your QB throw for?

eh... I think my QB threw for 1800-2000 yardsish... backup running back got close to 500ish yards

Re: How is your dynasty going

So I ended up choosing #14 Tennessee for my opener. I was messing with my sliders beforehand, and a little more in the game - which I don't typically do... I was playing the game last night or the night before and it froze up while I was up 14-0. Played today, lost 38-31. Decided a restart was out of the question. Basically ran an air raid. Threw two incredibly stupid interceptions and had a dumb fumble... So in effect I could've won and it was more my fault than anything else.

I just don't feel like running the ball much. I mean, I always want to, but my leading running back only has 85 speed, and the backups are 84 overall (88 SPD) and 82 overall (93 SPD). My top three receivers are 90, 84, and 84. My top tight end is 91. My QB is 99. I have a good fullback but 2-back seems a waste of time... I need to figure out my offense before the A&M game is essentially what I'm saying.

Guess I could go back to the primarily one-back style I used my first year and a half at Clemson. Mostly 11 personnel.

Used another set of sliders I thought was promising. Beat A&M 52-3. we're better than them but idk about 49 points better.
