Question about downloading uniforms

I think you biggest hope is to have someone save off a PS3 profile or game data save and get it to you

Hello, i got the game since few weeks on ps3 and wanted to buy those uniforms packs but the game tell me im unable to go to the store. I guess is because i got an european PSN (as i'm european) and so can't get to the us store.

Could someone kind send me those packs by message or something like that if that possible ? it would be great as i will never can get them by the normal way.

if i use a friends psn account that has the uniform packs in their download list, could i log in with their psn on my ps3 console and find the uniforms in the download list,

or is the download list connected to the console.
