force a coach to retire?

In dynasty mode is it possible to force a coach to "retire"?

What I mean is I'm looking to push out a coach at another school and then that school hires a new coach during coaching carousel. What I'd like to avoid would be the most obvious way of doing this; taking over the school with an additional user coach then deleting that user.

My fear from doing that would be that the dummy user coach would stay on when I'm hoping to see how the open position at a big time program affects the carousel.

You can go into coach info and age them to the oldest age available. That is the only way I know.

I've had success with this as well. It's not a guarantee, but just push the age as old as you can go.
