In the first one I split the 10 teams in half, one half being HBCUs, the other being schools that have been outstanding in their current division:
HBCUs:
NC Central (FCS MEAC)
West Virginia State (DII Mountain East)
Winston-Salem State (DII CIAA)
Langston (NAIA Red River)
Talladega (NAIA Gulf Coast)
Other Schools:
North Dakota State (FCS MVFC)
Northwest Missouri State (DII MIAA)
North Alabama (DII Gulf South)
Kansas Wesleyan (NAIA Kansas)
St. Thomas (DIII Minnesota)
