Okay so I downloaded many of these rosters and in particular Breakinfools roster and I want to start a new dynasty with Georgia Southern. Problem is when I load the rosters and go into a new dynasty and press R2 there are no rosters to be found? Whats up with this what do I have to do in order to implement these teams in to my dynasty?

R2 is to import a TeamBuilder school.

To get rosters to load in Dynasty you have to Load the roster file before starting a new dynasty.

Kinda confused on what your saying.
