Another BUMP.

We're wrapping up the 1982 season (hitting September callups this week). This off-season will feature our first ever World Baseball Classic as well as all of the usual pomp and circumstance of the off-season.

1983 will be our last season before our 2nd expansion. We'll be adding two more teams and (to the joy of the 22 of us that already own a team) a WILDCARD!!!

Can't stress enough how much fun this league is! The league is great, but the guys who participate in it really make it shine (except Diesel). If you're interested in grabbing an expansion team, now is a great time to start hanging out at the site. Read the forums. Meet the owners. Start learning the league. You can observe a full off-season before you jump into your first one.

CHECK IT OUT! You won't regret it.

I remember seeing this league at about the time you started this thread and I wanted to join the only thing that stopped me is that I don't have OoTB. If I had it I would defiently be joining.

When not having a car was preventing me from driving to work... I got one.

I don't know if this open invitation is still out there, but I would be interested in joining a league. From reading the thread, it sounds like a really strong league with some cool people in it.

I have plenty of OOTP 6 experience. I haven't played much of 2007, but I shouldn't have a problem jumping right into the thick of things. Send me a PM if you would like to discuss. If not, thanks for keeping us posted.

Since my Word puts fear into God I might as well make this statement for the league.

Join. You won't regret it. The league is great and very active. The site is designed well, the forums keep things interesting, and of course Andrew is always adding new goodies.

I haven't even been on for a full season but I see zero chance that I'm not around for more.

Actually I just jinxed you. Don't be surprised if your PC with OOTP installed spontaneously combusts at some point in the next few days.
