Getting Computer to use throwbacks with only 1 controller.
At the screen where you pick your uni and the team you will control: Plug your controller into the #2 port and select a throw back uni for the computer. Then plug controller back to port #1. Now, when you disconnect the controller from port#2 the computers controlled teams uni will go back to the default, just ignore that. Because once you start the game, they will be wearing the uni you selected. My Fan Page http://theusualgamer.net/MyFanPage_Heelfan71.aspx

Re: Getting Computer to use throwbacks with only 1 controller.
You don't even have to use the second controller port. All you need is to select what *will* be the CPU team, select the uni, then back out and switch over to the other team. You can't change pitchers, lineups, or game options this way, but you can change unis. I did it for a Brooklyn vs. Giants game at "Retro Dodger."Comment

I tried that and it wouldn't work. I will try it again though. Thanks.

Re: Getting Computer to use throwbacks with only 1 controller.
The way I do it (on Xbox) is chose your throwback for the CPU... then proceed straight to the options select menu..
Then hit "B"
Switch your control to the home team ..slelct your uni... continue as normal
The game will then have the CPU wearing the uni you picked. You can still change your options for your team as well
All with one controllerTampa Bay Buccaneers
Michigan State Spartans
Detroit Tigers/ Tampa Bay Rays
Detroit Red WingsComment
