And all the same controls are in including 30 team control but actually I noticed that they HAVE added something. In addition to letting the CPU assistant manager edit lines, you can now also let the CPU rotate team goalies. Which to me is great because in a regular season with full control, the other team's bench goalies will never play. Now, I suppose they'll get some time.

I have no idea. I can't imagine why you wouldn't. I know you can't edit player details like name, height, weight, etc. But that's always the case. Individual characteristics I didn't check. But honestly, there are such great rosters made here at OS that I don't care too much what the default rosters are like.
