Everyone who knows about tv's should know that pioneer is the best. The problem is that not everyone can cough up $5000-$6000 for a tv and it's also a plasma which will kill your electric bill. The samsung he's mentioning is one of the best lcd's right now. Check cnet.com or even pcmag.com. That samsung is the truth. I would love a pioneer but the price is crazy.

Yep Pioneer is the best. I have the Plasma 5070 model.

Its sad that Pioneer will no longer be making TV's :(

Also I think MLB 09 The Show looks Dan good in 720P!!

I don't have 1080P TV so I can not comment on that.

You can get them cheaper than those prices. And it doesn't "kill" your electric bill. lol. Matter fact PSE&G shows a chart for like a year of your usage when they send you the bill. I don't even see any difference in my bill this time last year since I had this TV. Infact , just from using some deductive reasoning, christmas lights seem like they burn more than this tv. lol.

I prefer my 92" Sanyo Z2000 1080p projector :)

I am running final version of show 09 with 1080p setup in XMB. It runs but game doesnt fit entire screen. Am I missing a setting? Looks good but its about a 2 inch border around my entire screen which is 52 inches.

Go to audio/video settings menu and adjust the image size (vertical, horizontal size)... for a 52" you need to slide both to the max.
