We have just posted some more MLB '06: The Show screenshots.

On one of the screens it has on the bottom power swing. I'm pretty sure that wasn't there last year, I guess they brought it back in this years version.

button power swing?, elaborate more on this.

Press square button and player swings with more power. Increasing your chance of a HR and pop fly I guess

not feeling that, i want my HR to come out of no where. Like if i am swinging for a hit and it turns out to be a HR.

Then don't use it. It's not a necessity.

It will probably have the same effect like pushing up on the right analog did last year. I just hope player are able to run into each other this year. Last year they said they had it in but they didnt. It isnt gonna make or break the game for me it would just be a nice add.
