Weather and Vintage Stadiums NOT Confirmed in MLB '09! (Updated Info)
 

I'm not sure if you guys already saw this, but I sure didn't. I was looking at the last playstation blog on MLB '09 (the one about the improved AI) and if you read the comments, Chris Gill from the MLB team replied to comment #108 as follows:

Edit: The developer has since clarified (on page 5 of this thread, post #49) that vintage stadiums will NOT be in the PS3 version this year, and the weather will be limited to Sunny, Cloudy, Overcast, etc. This is not awesome news. :frown:

And about the weather im sure he was talking about cloudy, partly cloudy or sunny, thats what chase said in his preview.


now i would love to know if HR derby is in...maybe Russel can tell us that?

I'd be happy with cold/warm. I'm already pumped that there is sunny, partly cloudy, and overcast. As nice as it would be to have rain in the game, I don't mind that much. I hate going to baseball games in the rain!
