A KHL Race for the Gagarin Cup: SKA St. Petersburg (NHL 09)
 

Ok so this will run alongside my Atlanta Thrashers dynasty (UPDATES SOON). I've updated the rosters as much as humanly possible for all teams since my last go at this.

I will play a 40 game regular season, and then move to a 16 team best-of-7 playoff round to crown a KHL champion.

not going to lie, this has probably been THE single most CREATIVE idea i've ever seen for a dynasty!!!! I mean, come on!! Who the hell would've ever though to have done this? this is totally awesome, man, good luck to you and st. petersburg.

jesus, and to think that throughout the entire time nhl 09 has been released, nobody in the WORLD ever thought to take advantage of the wonderful extra-liga features in the game by making a dynasty with one of them!!

oh, and by the way, i like robert esche, even though im a rangers fan :D It wasn't too long ago that a) he started for the states in the 2000 (i think) world olympics, and b) Ea sports had him rated at 92 overall, 1 lower than martin brodeur :confused:

i love how ea can sometimes royally screw up.

anyways, i certainly am going to enjoy this. can't wait for your season to start!!

I think this is definitely a very creative idea I also like Jasons olympics and although it was a lot of work i had fun with my world juniors in my BAP.
