Re: People with frame rate issues

I'm playing a game in teh celtics arena and the framerate issues are happening when the spinning spotlights wont turn off while the game is going

There really is no excuse for this. 2k should really optimize the game properly from the get go. How did something like this get past them? This obviously proves they do not test the game before releasing. :(

Are these problems mainly with the 360 version? I was thinking about picking this up for ps3 in a few days, but I'm pretty anal when it comes to framerate problems. If some ps3 people could confirm or deny this for me I'd appreciate it.

yeah just played another game and the framerate gets ridiculous when the spotlights don't cut off after timeouts or the beginning of halves...This is on the 360 version

Problem is DEFINITELY there on the PS3 as well. I just had to turn it off because the camera jitter caused by the lag made me sea-sick. Some arenas are worse than others, but the lag is still prevalent. If you're picky about it, it'll be even worse.

I didn't notice the lag in 2K9. I can't play 2K10 in its current state because it makes me nauseous.

Framerate issues are only happening on action camera for me.

I haven't bought my copy yet, just played the demo. I read that you can tweak the zoom of the camera to avoid the problem. But I am a bit concern about it after reading in a review about the framerate issue. Should I be worried?
