Cant connect to 2k servers... HELP!!

OK so Ive started having issues gettong into the 2k server for the last day. I switched to another gamertag and it worked fine... but why? All my leagues and stuff are under my primary name. Does anyone know what the problem is or had the same issue get resolved? This is driving me nuts. :59:Any help would be AWESOME. Thanks!

WOW. What does the hack do? Not asking HOW to do it but what kind of benefits it gets you that you're hacked for life.
