NBA 2k12 Roster Update Offline PS3

Can someone post a link to a working roster with the 2012 rookies? and it needs to be offline because i don't have PSN. and i tried yesterday and it said i couldn't use a roster file because i didn't make it what do i do?

once my roster is done i will upload a link on here so you can download and transfer to ur ps3 usin a usb drive
