Where can I download the X360 Community Rosters? No online...

I have no access to online in order to download those rosters. The PS3 has a link in their thread to download the rosters, why doesn't the Xbox 360 thread have one?

I'll try to upload and post a link for the latest Community Rosters after every update, starting tonight.

EDIT: sorry, gonna be a bit...working on it.
