MLB 13 The Show Features Twitter Feeds From Approved and Official Twitter Handles

In MLB 13 The Show, users will have the ability to view tweets from approved and official MLB players.

During the 2013 MLB season, a weekly roster update will be available for download. When those roster updates arrive, Twitter handles will also be updated.

Simply going into the "MLB on Twitter" option, users can cycle through all 30 teams, approved Twitter handles and view tweets in realtime.

This is pretty cool. I follow a few guys on Twitter now, but if this works well, this way might be a little easier than sifting through everyone else non-MLB.

Definitely not my cup of tea...can't stand these sites IRL never mind being introduced to them through a video game...

Not what I was hoping for but cool nonetheless.

I was hoping Twitter would be implemented into Franchise/Career mode a la Madden so I'm somewhat disappointed.

It's an interesting idea but comes off kinda as a gimmick. I follow all these guys on Twitter anyway (why would you not like Twitter? :y16: ) so this seems kinda redundant. I'd rather we'd have MLB Network radio updates etc.

Yeah but this way you can follow ALL of them, not just a handful and you dont have to sift through other Tweets not MLB related.
I think its a cool feature. Necessary? No, but cool still the same.
