NBA 2K14 Patch #5 Coming in 10 to 14 Days - Updates to MyTEAM, Shoes & Much More
 

Ronnie and LD2K mentioned last week, during their NBA 2K14 livestream, patch #5 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 was close to being submitted to Microsoft and Sony.

Today they revealed the patch has been submitted and we should see it arrive in 10 to 14 days, possibly even sooner.

The patch will address some MyTEAM issues, update shoes and much more (that's all I could get out of them). Patch notes will be released when the patch goes live.

I thought one of the benefits of the new consoles was that developers could get the patches out more quickly...

I feel like the patch is just gonna be the shoe update. The patch will just add shoes but won't actually fix anything. I hope I'm wrong about that.

I sadly concur and think your right, plus they'll say they made some fixes to the servers but the servers will still be as bad as before.

Nothing for Nothing, the game came out 6months ago and they're still releasing patches. I haven't heard from LIVE or Madden in months! You have to give 2K some credit.

On last week's Twitch stream, Ronnie and Chris said "my team stuff" and "other things" will also be addressed, in addition to "shoes."

That's all the info 2K has released, at the moment.

I don't even play My Team. Seems like it would be expensive.
