Offline Franchise mainly, a little bit of RTTS, and play now when friends come over.

Exhibition and season mode with of course OSFM roster while making keeping everything updated.

Franchise CAP Player Lock! Still think I have been a official MLB Baseball player since getting called up from AAA in 2014! :smile:

Franchise.

I also dabble in some Franchise, with some Franchise on the side. But mostly Franchise.

Franchise mode, but also using OOTP to copy all the AI trades, waivers, Free Agency and since I'll have 30 team control in the MLB The Show.

I'm a franchise guy myself. Although out of all the sports games, RTTS is the only one I keep going for a long time. And I agree I wish they would put a little more effort into offline franchise. Be able to relocate your team weather it's AA AAA or MLB. Or rebuild stadium, upgrades to it. Just be a lot more fun if we had that chance.
