I think Edgar is a better defensive player and offers more speed on the basepaths. Aurilllia, is a solid defender but doesn't have Renteria's range. Aurillia has a lot more pop in his bat than Edgar does.

edgar has much better D.. and he drives in just as many runs.. he just doesnt do it with homeruns.. no one is more clutch then edgar.Comment

I'll take Edgar. He's only 27 and has 1061 hits, including a couple of down years here lately. I hear he may bat in the third spot this year and that could mean alot more RBI chances.Comment
