2013 NBA Finals: Miami Heat vs San Antonio Spurs

It pains me to say this, but go Spurs.

Of all guys who've won NBA finals in the 15+ team era(meaning 1970s onwards) only 11 guys have won the finals 5 or more times. Tim Duncan can be #12.


On another note...8 of past 15 NBA finals have contained Heat and/or Spurs in it...I like NHL and NFL much better, where it's not the same teams in the finals every single year(in NHL,it's a huge deal this year that someone who has won in past 5 years is for sure gonna win the cup again this year, cause it's something we don't see too often. But in NBA, it's a reoccurring theme)

Spurs in 6 (maybe 7) games. Gotta hope that Wade and Bosh's struggles continue. The role-players for the Spurs need to play extremely well too.

People would've said the same thing about the Spurs sweeping the Grizzlies before the series started. Even when the Spurs were 2-0 up people were saying that the Grizzlies were still gonna win.

I reckon the finals will be similar to the Western Conference finals last year with the Heat running over the Spurs in the end.
