I don't want to seem biased because I'm a Kentucky fan haha, so let me present to you Markelle Fultz.

This kid just seems effortless, I really wish he went to a more prestigious school, but that gives him more chances to showcase his abilities.

Kid is smooth, and he seems really laid back and then he elevates for a chase down block out of nowhere.

Like I said effortless, averaging nearly 7 assists, and 7 rebounds a game, so he does it all.

Can't wait to see him against Gonzaga.

I love the spring in his step, and his already accurate shooting touch, we see so many guys in basketball that are athletic as hell, but struggle to shoot the ball. Monk can shoot, with that wingspan, it makes it it tough to get a hand up, and he is a tremendous finisher at the rim already, and he's just 7-8 games into his freshman season.

Sure, defense and rebounding will need to be improved upon. But, I think about a guy like Derozan who came into the league, athletic as hell, but with a wack jumper, and how much he's improved, and then you look at a guy like Monk, he's already got the J, he can splash from deep, and yes he's definitely a sg. This is a dude your going to want to grab right away if your a NBA GM.

Yeah he has an off the chart combination of athleticism and shooting abilities. And he's always had them, so he understands all his strengths. That's a big plus.

Re: 2017 NBA Draft Prospects

The thing that really jumps out to me this year is these guys may technically be freshman. But they have just exploded on to the scene this year.

I've seen Ball, Monk, Fox, Fultz, Smith jr, etc..and these guys are already the leaders on their teams. And it's real noticeable.

I'm telling you this draft, you can go 15 deep, and feel pretty damn good about your pick. Yea ,Monk and Fultz may go 1 or 2. But I haven't even talked about Adebayo, Leaf, Tatum, Giles, Rabb, Jackson, Bridges, etc..

I mean it's crazy.

Agree!

I think of Fultz is a Brandon Roy comparison. No, not because he goes to Washington lol.

hahahaha Damn I didn't even notice that one lol. You know, I've never seen a players race before. Like I don't notice what they are until I see their kids.

Please don't ban me. I don't know what the OTS says on race talk but I was just explaining myself.

I have to say... I totally agree with Damnyankee2 on this draft. It's going to be a really good one.

Take for instances TJ Leaf.
He's basically the opposite of what Kevin Love was in college at the same age. Kevin Love was a "big boy" until a few years into the league.

Monk has that "IT" factor. He's destroying my Heels.
