You mean that one article about Lowry? Sign and trades don't happen anymore do they? If anything, I see it more like a sign..............and trade. Meaning they'll sign him, and if things go south, he'll be dealt.

I really doubt Casey stays especially if Lowry returns. Raptors blew VC era in many ways, but one of them was ignoring his input on coaching. This time listen to the players. Let next year's team play with new coach, if same results happen then blame is on players and moves could be made.

Tough thing about Lowry and CP3 is that they're going to get these huge contracts but their next 5 years won't be anywhere near as good as their previous 5.

They're still good enough to retain but they will be declining in 3-4 years if not sooner.

I wonder if Ujiri had any inkling about this by having Stackhouse coach the 905 this past season because that's one way to get him some quick practical head coaching experience and he's popular with some of the guys on the current Raptors squad. Norman Powell credits Stackhouse with a lot of the success he's had this season for one. Only way the Raptors stick with Casey next year is if they somehow make it to the Finals.

Consider the source there.

It's the NY Post. It's like the Chris Broussard/Stephen A. Smith of Newspapers.

He didn't make any outrageous claims or say he's privy to insider information like Isola so I don't have a problem with it. It's an opinion piece. What are the writers supposed to do?

Though I don't get how Reddick being a free agent makes a trade more likely.

Berman and Isola are one in the same to me. Never said anyone should have a problem with it.
