With a half time at 30. It's really not that long, and they have to stretch it out a bit for tv/tix sales purposes. I finally got to watch day 1 last night and they showed 3 full games and clips from another in less than 3 hours.

I think it's got some serious potential. They are playing HARD... trash talk, scuffles, refs letting them play. Guys are a bit rusty. I'm excited to see these games in about 2 or 3 weeks when some start shaking that rust off.

I love that they have the coaches mic'd up too. Payton seems like a pretty good coach.

Oakley seems like a (very knowledgeable) fan, playing coach. I wanted to see him and Martin get into it.

I don't know about AI coaching (he's a player/coach) but he's got oodles of words of wisdom for those guys.

That should make CHM happy, lol. Fine with the change, but it's gonna be hard taking this thing seriously if they're changing significant rules during the season.

Haven't caught it yet but seeing the highlights, looked like a bunch of slow dudes, which given their age is fine. Didn't seem exciting though; is it?

I haven't watched night 2 yet but the 1st night was very entertaining. Guess it takes you back to the days of when highlights (of anyone not named Jordan) couldn't do the sport justice.
