Apparently no real sources are reporting Koeman to Everton yet.

I guess they are going hard after Emery, but honestly Everton is a step down from Sevilla and Emery could go just about anywhere.

If he's looking for a project to build up, I'd imagine he would go to one of the Milan teams

Four new managers in the Championship so far I think.

Di Mattaeo to Villa (with Steve Clarke)
Pearson to Derby
Stubbs to Rotherham
Monk to Leeds

Should be another interesting year in the division.

The story I saw about Koeman to Everton said he was going to get 7 million/year in salary and over 100 million + whatever they get for Lukaku in transfer funds. I wish I had a job where I could just write whatever popped into my head.
