C and D are definitely the worst, but I'd say B is clear third. Even without Higuain Napoli is still dangerous, Benfica has already proven how tough they are, and Turkey/Ukraine away matches are no joke.

C and D are probably the closest to being groups of death. Gladbach and PSV are tough teams.

Celtic is probably going to get destroyed in C leaving a tough battle for the top 2 spots between the other 3.
