I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, as my EBgames once again dropped the ball and didn't get it in last night (supposed to have it in today).

Is it exchanging car codes, or what?

yes there's a little slip of paper inside the game box that tells you all the details. Basically you exchange the code with each other and you enter both codes at www.testdriveunlimited.com/referral program then you receive a Xbox Live token, go to Marketplace enter the token and get 2 exclusive cars.
