Lots of smurf groups in regular standards. When they have diamond 3s teamed up with a prospect 2 against plat 3's that ain't fair. Especially if the prospect player is the one consistently making plays for them.

Yeah I tried a little yesterday and had a similar experience in both doubles and standard. I guess solo might be the best way to level up now.

I've been putting a lot of time in on PC solo mainly playing doubles standard or solo standard. This game is truly an all time great. And it gets so much better as you learn new tricks. What I'm missing now is being able to air dribble off the sides and anticipating balls off the top of goals.

Once I can get those I think I make the leap up from gold and start getting in the next tier. Any tips on how to get air dribble I would love to hear.

I honestly can't even air dribble yet, I've got to plat 3 solely on dribbling with a few aerial shots tossed in.

The custom training should have a couple air dribbling packs that should help. I've gotten a lot better at air roll shots from messing around with the custom training packs so you should give it a try.

Yeah, this was me tonight. Kept winning knife fights (those close quarters ball fights next to the goal, 4-5 people hit the ball but nobody can seem to clear or score) and was doing well really striking the ball in the air instead of grazing and just popping it up.

I had some pretty nice saves earlier tonight (those kinds that are leaking across the goal plane and I came in to swoop them out). I saved the replay. Later I'll try and find those bits to upload them.
