Rip to your sodium levels. A serving size of seeds is enough sodium for the whole day can't imagine what a pound bag is 😖. I used to knock back seeds like crazy too but had to cut them from my diet...

Angel Stadium looks awfully perdy.

2 things I noticed: Trout's stance finally looks good & Carlos Perez was wearing a blue catchers helmet which can hopefully be adjusted manually.

Imo, Weaver is a better pitcher than 80. He's definitely better than Shoemaker & Shoe is rated higher. Agreed about Richards, though. He's gonna be our ace for a while.

Just a pointless change. I don't know why they couldn't just create another option & called it "Analog Timing."

I have tried timing swinging & I always swing early. Doing the stride myself helped...
