I didn't read through all of the thread, but here's what I got for my Reds:
Make Ryan Freel's speed 90, increase steal tendency to 90. Make him CF/UT, Give him Bret Boone's batting stance.
Increase Sean Casey's contact vs. LHP and RHP to the 90s. Increase his power to the low 70s.
Increase Adam Dunn's power the the 90s. Give him Chipper Jones' batting stance. Make him LF/1B.
Increase Austin Kearns' speed to 76, increase his steal tendency/baserunning ability to 80. Increase his power vs RHP to the low 80s. Make him RF/3B. Increase his throwing strength to 90, his accuracy 90. Give him Matsui's stance.
Wow, this took awhile. Increase Wily Mo Pena's contact vs RHP to the mid 60s. Increase his contact vs LHP to the high 80s. Increase his power vs LHP/RHP to the 80s.Increase his speed/steal tendency/baserunning ability to 80. Increase his range to 90. Increase his fielding to 80. Increase his throwing strength to 85, his accuracy to 75. His stance to ARod.
Make Danny Graves a RP.
