I still say that the dominant low post player can effect a game, in more ways then any other position on the floor.

Guys like Shaq, Hakeem and Duncan, in their primes, could absolutely train wreck a game.

Shaq, when he was motivated to play defense, made the game on both ends of the floor, just about impossible for teams.

If I had my choice of one type of player..Im taking the dominant big, who demands a double team.

Its the simplest route to building a playoff caliber team with a legitimate chance to contend deep into the post season, for 10-12 years(San Antonio Spurs)
