No injury/error fixes? No re-introduction of batting/pitching routines? No improvements in bunt fielding AI? Hmm, I'll have to wait to actually download this patch to see if they either didn't address these issues or simply chose not to add them to the notes (which I find highly unlikely since these are major issues).
