There's a couple different ways you could do it. You can use the outline tools, then a divider and a few small shapes on top of it to create the sharper corners - which works as long as you make the logo the right size. If you shrink it to fit on the helmet or expand it to use in the endzone you'll need to adjust all of those again.

The other way would be to make the shape of the C with the sharp corners and everything in blue, then a divider - the same thing a little smaller in white, another divider then again in orange, just make sure you use the first cut tool option that shows one line rather than the one showing 3.

Either way you probably end up using somewhere between 12 and 20 layers instead of only 5.
