It would be cool to use your controller to fake the hand off on the playaction. Like you yell out hike and then extend the controller towards the small of your back and then snap it back to your other hand.

The sensor could determine how effective the play is by some determined parameter.

I still don't think gamers will be happy with motion sensors until they deliver 1:1 transfer of motion. But I would be willing to wear gear while I play games, up to and including pants, and shirts with sensors on them. Or just some bracelets and a headband.
