Syracuse beat Memphis 81-72, with a big performance by Hakim Warrick. Amare Stoudemire fouled out for Memphis, and Kendrick Perkins had 4 fouls.

Luke Schenscher and Chris Bosh posted double-doubles for Georgia Tech en route to their 6 point victory over Illinois. Deron Williams had 37 points for the Fighting Illini, but they lost 71-65. Dwight Howard had 5 blocks for the Yellow Jackets.
