Pitch speed at 10 will produce true pitch velocities. If you feel it's too fast, decreasing by 1 click takes off 1.5 mph. Playing on HOF/Legend adds 2-3 MPH than AS and below. So on AS, having pitch speed at 5 is like this- a 90 MPH fastball is 80 MPH in the game. On HOF and above, a 90 MPH fastball is 82-83 in the game.
