Whats the bug?
When making a sub, there is no graphic that comes up indicating who on each team is being subbed in/out. You have to listen to commentators to find out who is coming in and out.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)
Exhibition - two games so far, the only ones I've played.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
It's happened with every substitution me or computer have ever done in both games I've played.
