First of all, if you download the roster file you need to extract it using RAR or OpenKnife. If you don't have these tools on CNet.com.
Once you have extracted it, you need to make sure that the roster file (the one that starts with "BLU .....") is inside a folder called "SAVEDATA" which is inside of a folder called "PS3."
Once you have that, you can then copy the PS3 folder to your USB Drive.
