When the Wii U came out 5 weeks ago. NBA 2k13 on wii u sold for $59.99. PS3/360 during thanksgiving sales was $29.99. PC version was $9.99.
I had th PC, PS3, an 360 version of NBA 2k12 last year and paid $4.99 for the PC version and it was a shell of the game. You get what you pay for.
Im thankful for this patch and will try it out tonight. But it looks like the same patch the PS3/360 got a month ago and the Wii U sufferes from the worst framerate issues I ever seen in a game. Hopefully its fixed or this will be my last 2k sports game I ever purchase.
