How do they grade the players/picks?
Tried my hand as Panthers GM:

Still not sure how they grade each pick.. I thought Bailey in the 4th round would be good value, but I guess not. If the Panthers had this draft in real life, I think I would be happy as a fan... but maybe I'm biased haha
