What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in?

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
I imported Game Face into my created character and I noticed instantly. I tried going into the Game Face creator again and update features but it kept doing it. The hair also does not match what is on the website either. My face on the CCM, in the upper right corner, is the way I am suppose to look.
How often can the bug be reproduced?
