You said that we should be creating a sub-folder called "00000003" inside of the folder "4541000". If I'm not mistaken, "4541000" is the Game ID for NCAA 12. When I move the draft class to my USB, it created the sub-folder "00000003" under the folder "454109B6", which is the Game ID for NCAA 14. Will this work?
